Seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to develop real-time C/C++ applications for embedded systems. Responsibilities include driver development, communication protocols (SPI, UART, I2C, UDP), system integration, and working with FreeRTOS, Bare-Metal, and Linux environments. Requirements: Bachelor’s in EE/CS, 5+ years of real-time embedded software experience, and subcontractor management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop real-time embedded software in C and C++
- Collaborate with hardware teams and work with various processors in real-time environments
- Develop drivers and implement communication protocols including SPI, UART, I2C, and UDP
- Analyze and write requirements, develop and execute tests, optimize, and perform system integration in host and target environments
- Work with operating systems and Bare-Metal systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
- At least 5 years of experience in real-time embedded software development
- Experience managing subcontractors
Nice to have
- Experience with FreeRTOS and Bare-Metal environments
- Experience working in Linux environments
- Experience with Python
- Experience with ST processors
- Experience with Git
