Senior Analog Design Engineer
Join an innovative semiconductor IP company to design analog circuits for ReRAM memory. Responsibilities include amplifier design, ADCs/DACs, LDOs, simulation, and cross-functional collaboration to bring products from concept to production.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex analog circuits including amplifiers, memory arrays, and LDOs.
- Define system specifications and architecture in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct circuit simulations and analyses using Cadence Virtuoso and Siemens Solido.
- Oversee the transition from prototype to production, ensuring quality and industry standards.
- Apply expertise in analog design, including amplifiers, voltage references, comparators, and ADCs/DACs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 6+ years of analog circuit design experience with successful product launches.
- Strong knowledge of analog design principles and signal integrity.
- Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Siemens Solido, or similar EDA tools.
- Experience with CMOS technology nodes 90nm to 16nm.
- Familiarity with mixed-signal design and signal processing concepts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Ability to model circuits using VerilogA or SystemVerilog.
- Experience with IR/EM sign-off simulations.
- Hands-on experience with layout tools.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and testing methodologies.
