Real-Time Embedded Software Engineer
Develop real-time embedded software for advanced cyber and navigation systems at a defense technology company. Requires C++, Linux kernel experience, and hardware integration skills. Full-time on-site in Be'er Sheva, Israel.
Responsibilities
- Define, design, and develop real-time embedded software for advanced cyber and navigation systems.
- Lead development activities for cutting-edge projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Develop robust, production-grade software while solving complex software and system challenges.
- Work closely with hardware, system, and software teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in defining development methodologies, workflows, and engineering best practices.
- Select tools and technologies to optimize team collaboration and productivity.
- Integrate advanced communication, networking, and hardware-driven capabilities into real-time systems.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience developing real-time embedded software.
- Strong understanding of hardware/software integration and debugging methodologies.
- Experience with Linux drivers and kernel module development.
- Proficiency in C++.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work full-time from the office.
Nice to have
- Experience with ARM-based architectures.
- Experience with Python.
