Seeking an experienced process engineer to support semiconductor manufacturing. Focus on build-to-print projects, production documentation, cost estimation, and supplier collaboration. Requires degree in mechanical engineering and 5+ years industrial experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer drawings, 3D models, specifications, and quality requirements
- Translate technical and functional requirements into feasible manufacturing processes
- Create and release manufacturing documentation including drawings, assemblies, BOMs, and work instructions
- Perform cost estimation and simulations including BOM, routings, and make/buy analysis
- Support quotation processes, cost optimization, and design-for-cost activities
- Lead and support ECO/ECN processes and maintain data in PLM/ERP systems (SAP)
- Collaborate with process engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and suppliers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Proven experience in Build-to-Print projects and engineering support for manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with jigs, fixtures, and production/testing support tools
- High proficiency in SolidWorks and engineering documentation
- High level of technical English
Nice to have
- Semiconductor industry experience
- Experience with special manufacturing processes (machining, chemical processes, welding, electropolishing)
- Experience with precision measurement solutions (CMM, mechanical, optical)
