Senior technical role leading hardware development for medical devices, focusing on mixed-signal circuit design, analog and digital signal processing, and production transfer. Requires 10+ years experience, B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, and proficiency with SPICE and MATLAB.
Responsibilities
- Lead hardware development activities for medical devices in a cross-functional team.
- Drive design of mixed-signal circuits from concept through verification, validation, and release.
- Optimize bills of materials for performance, cost, and manufacturability.
- Support production transfer and act as technical focal point for production and QA.
- Lead board- and system-level testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Create technical specifications, reports, and documentation compliant with standards.
- Ensure compliance with medical device quality requirements.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of hardware development experience.
- Deep experience in analog signal processing.
- Solid understanding of digital signal processing.
- Proven end-to-end mixed-signal circuit design experience.
- Proficiency with schematic capture, SPICE, and MATLAB.
- Hands-on experience with electrical lab equipment and hardware debugging.
- Strong collaboration, mentoring, and communication skills in English.
- Agile mindset for fast-paced development.
