Responsibilities
- Physical implementation and integration of complex advanced interposer technologies.
- Take ownership of assigned technical tasks and manage workflows with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Front-End, Back-End, and Packaging teams.
- Solve technical challenges and contribute to flow and methodology development.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong academic foundation in VLSI, hardware design, or electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational accuracy.
- Proactive, independent mindset with ability to dive deep into complex technical areas.
- Creative problem-solving and teamwork skills.
