Responsibilities
- Own the complete physical design flow (RTL2GDS) for macros and clusters, including floorplanning, synthesis, clock tree synthesis, place and route, static timing analysis, power and noise analysis, and physical verification.
- Optimize power, area, and performance under challenging constraints.
- Define timing constraints and drive design-backend convergence.
- Develop and improve design flows using EDA tools (Synopsys, Cadence).
- Define implementation and signoff methodologies.
Requirements
- Understanding of the entire physical design flow (RTL to GDS).
- Deep understanding of sign-off activities (timing and physical verification).
- Experience in advanced nodes technologies and implementation tools.
- Process and technology orientation.
- Leadership and mentoring skills.
Nice to have
- Full-chip experience (floor plan, layout, timing).
- Experience in high-speed designs, multi-voltage (low power) designs.
