Seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead engineering projects and support production in a manufacturing environment. Responsible for project management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive products from development to production. Requires B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and 3-5 years industrial experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects and product engineering activities across the full product lifecycle.
- Provide hands-on engineering support to the production floor.
- Manage multidisciplinary engineering projects and transition from development to production.
- Solve engineering and manufacturing challenges in collaboration with production teams.
- Support product and process improvements.
- Coordinate engineering activities across R&D, Production, Quality, and other internal functions.
- Work with customers, suppliers, and industry partners in Israel and internationally.
- Manage multiple engineering tasks and projects while maintaining a system-level perspective.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
- Previous experience in process-oriented manufacturing and production processes.
- High-level English proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to independently lead multiple tasks, projects, and interfaces.
- Strong system-level thinking and ability to drive assigned responsibilities forward.
- Strong teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Availability for full-time work with additional hours as required.
Nice to have
- Experience managing engineering, development, or manufacturing projects.
- Knowledge of engineering design and CAD software.
- Experience with advanced materials, ceramics, or related manufacturing environments.
