Design hydraulic and pneumatic flow systems, truss structures, lifting and erection systems, and electromechanical systems. Create 3D models and drafts using Siemens NX in a Teamcenter environment. Perform analytical calculations for fluid system design and collaborate with analysis teams.
Responsibilities
- Mechanical design of hydraulic and pneumatic flow systems, truss structures, lifting and erection systems, and electromechanical systems
- Design of mechanical accessories and components, evaluation of design alternatives, and preparation of design reviews
- 3D modeling and drafting using Siemens NX in a Teamcenter environment, including release through the configuration management system
- Analytical calculations for fluid system design
- Handling interface documents and ensuring proper interfaces with other engineering disciplines
- Working with subcontractors and providing engineering support throughout the manufacturing process
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in the design of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic system design and analysis tools
Nice to have
- Experience working with NX CAD in a Teamcenter (TC) environment
- Experience with static and dynamic analysis software such as ANSYS and Nastran
