Lead end-to-end product development from concept to manufacturing, designing systems, assemblies, and components using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and suppliers to drive innovation and improve existing products.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development projects from concept to launch.
- Design and develop systems, profiles, assemblies, accessories, and components.
- Work daily in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Lead design surveys and make engineering and product decisions.
- Collaborate with production, marketing, purchasing, quality, and suppliers in Israel and abroad.
- Support prototypes, testing, first series, and transfer from development to production.
- Improve existing products and promote innovation and new product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant engineering field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product development, mechanical design, or systems development.
- Experience leading significant development projects.
- High proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of manufacturing, assembly, testing, and transfer processes from development to production.
