Develop embedded software for next-generation networking hardware, enabling high-performance cloud infrastructure. Work on system architecture, bring-up of instance types, and optimize networking performance. Requires B.Sc. in CS/CE/EE and C programming; preferred experience with embedded Linux and HW/SW interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Develop features for next-generation hardware to enable high network bandwidth and PPS performance
- Bring up a broad selection of instance types optimized for various use cases
- Shape architecture definitions and software system designs
- Resolve complex customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Monitor AWS cloud health and maintain high quality standards
- Develop highly-optimized code
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of C programming language
Nice to have
- Experience in embedded software development
- Hands-on experience developing in a Linux environment
- Experience with hardware/software interfaces at both board and chip level
- Understanding of computer architecture
- Team player, highly motivated, creative, and a fast learner
