Lead Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities for defense projects: define technical specifications, manage subcontractors, perform maintainability & testability analyses, deliver training. Participate in tenders, provide customer support.
Responsibilities
- Lead ILS deliverables and manage work packages across projects
- Define technical specifications, design documents, and logistics analyses
- Manage maintainability and testability activities
- Review technical documentation
- Deliver training to Level A maintenance teams
- Support tenders and proposals for maintenance contracts
- Manage subcontractors for support and test equipment development
- Provide engineering support to customer service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field (Practical Engineer considered with experience)
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering
- Proven experience in ILS engineering or logistics project management
- Proficiency in Hebrew and English (speaking, reading, writing, presenting)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a matrix environment
- Strong organizational and subcontractor management skills
- Experience with project management including work plans and budget management
Nice to have
- IDF service in technical maintenance units
- Proficiency in SAP systems
