Lead the hardware R&D team in developing advanced smart grid power quality meters and electrical monitoring solutions. Oversee the full hardware development lifecycle, from system architecture to manufacturing, in a multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a hardware design engineering team
- Own end-to-end hardware development lifecycle
- Architect high-precision electronic systems with CPU/DSP and data converters
- Design schematics and supervise PCB layout
- Conduct laboratory bring-up, debugging, and validation
- Collaborate with embedded software, systems, and production teams
- Write technical requirements and support manufacturing transition
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronic/Systems Engineering or related
- 8+ years in hardware development and board design
- 3+ years leading hardware engineering teams
- Deep expertise in analog design (sensors, ADCs, power supplies)
- Proven track record with high-speed digital boards (CPU/MCU/DSP)
- Proficiency in design/simulation tools (OrCAD, SPICE) and lab equipment
- Experience with system validation and production floor transitions
