Seeking a Hardware Engineer to support production lines, perform failure analysis, manage component obsolescence, and lead new product introduction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure product quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing engineering support for products on production lines
- Perform hardware failure investigation at card and system level, including root cause analysis
- Manage obsolete components and identify suitable alternatives
- Update and release hardware and software versions, execute and update ECO/ECP and engineering changes
- Support NPI processes and transfer products from development to production
- Work with subcontractors, manufacturing, procurement, quality, development, and business lines
- Write engineering documents, work instructions, and failure investigation reports
- Conduct and support verification and integration tests for systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Good level of technical English
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and interface with many stakeholders
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in hardware engineering, product engineering, or engineering support
- Experience with ECO, PLM, and ERP systems
