Embedded Software Engineer, Edge AI

Responsibilities
- Build hands-on skills across the embedded stack using C, C++, and Python on x86 and target hardware.
- Contribute to the ONNX conversion and pre/post-processing pipeline for existing ADAS and DMS models.
- Support simulation and training environment maintenance, including datasets, training pipelines, and labeling tools.
- Gain exposure to internal application communication and device-to-cloud protocols (MQTT).
- Develop debugging and signal-processing skills by analyzing detection results and implementing small fixes.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of embedded software development experience (internships count).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of C, C++, and Python.
- Exposure to Linux-based systems and hardware platforms.
- Strong learning mindset and ability to take direction while building toward independence.
Nice to have
- Coursework or project experience in computer vision or machine learning.
- Exposure to video pipelines or MP4 encoding/decoding.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini).
