Lead a team responsible for DFT post-silicon bring-up and production test. Define characterization and validation methodologies, drive alignment on tooling and coverage, and transfer methodologies into execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and develop characterization and validation techniques for post-silicon bring up and production test
- Lead methodology planning for future products and synchronize between teams
- Drive alignment on tooling, flows, and coverage requirements ahead of tape-out and first silicon
- Translate product requirements and silicon behavior into structured characterization plans with coverage targets and risk areas
- Lead methodology transfer into execution, ensuring tooling, methods, and engineers are in place
- Identify methodology gaps early and resolve through cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in DFT, IC silicon validation, product engineering, or test engineering
- 2+ years of managerial experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus on technical excellence
- Self-managing with strong leadership and social skills
- Deep hands-on engineering background
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in developing verification environments and random based verification
- Experience with Specman/UVM
- Good understanding of RTL design (Verilog)
- Product engineering experience
