Senior Software Engineer building full-stack features, orchestrating AI agents, and delivering AI-driven solutions on AWS in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Drive engineering excellence through AI-augmented workflows and agentic development patterns.
- Develop end-to-end cloud features on AWS.
- Optimize components for maximum performance.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient project execution with continuous improvement.
- Lead feature design and implementation, advise on technology selection, and drive technical direction and team collaboration.
- Champion continuous improvement and high-velocity delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with AI-augmented development, including MCP servers.
- Good understanding of OOP and OOD concepts.
- Self-motivated, accountable, quick learner, and team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Open to taking on increasing responsibilities with the goal of role evolution.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have
- Implemented AI/LLM agentic systems.
- Engineering experience in both backend and frontend.
