Take ownership of high-scale microservices and event-driven architecture. Work with Node.js, React, TypeScript, AWS, Kafka, and integrate AI tools like Cursor and Claude Code. Shape best practices and solve architectural challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and optimization of microservices for scalability and resilience.
- Own complex backend features end-to-end from planning to deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Develop backend services with Node.js/TypeScript and frontend with React/TypeScript.
- Design and implement data pipelines using Kafka and AWS messaging.
- Utilize AI-powered development workflows (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) to accelerate coding.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Fullstack development with complex backend systems and microservices.
- Expert proficiency in Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Experience designing distributed, event-driven architectures.
- Deep knowledge of MongoDB and Elasticsearch.
- Passion for innovation, AI-driven development, and scalable system design.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy.
- Excellent team player with proactive "can-do" mindset.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Kafka.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.).
