Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, Python, and Node.js. Build scalable microservices and ETL pipelines, optimize systems, and collaborate with product and AI teams to deliver impactful features.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React and Next.js.
- Build and scale backend services and microservices using Python and/or Node.js.
- Design, implement, and manage ETL/ELT data pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Architect, refactor, and optimize systems for scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and AI teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure applications meet high standards of security, performance, and maintainability.
- Optimize frontend and backend systems for speed, scalability, and resilience.
- Implement responsive, mobile-first UI experiences across devices.
- Take ownership of features end-to-end from design to production and monitoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on experience as Full-Stack Developer.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js.
- Solid proficiency in Python for backend development.
- Deep understanding of web architecture, API design, and database systems.
- Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Experience with scalable systems and data-intensive applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Previous experience as Tech Lead or Team Lead.
- Experience in startup or hyper-growth environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), CI/CD pipelines, DevOps.
- Exposure to data engineering, analytics platforms, or AI-driven systems.
