Join a small team building production-grade AI agent infrastructure for enterprise customers. Own architecture and end-to-end delivery across Python backend services, React and TypeScript interfaces, APIs, and cloud-native deployments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the core architecture of an AI agent platform across frontend and backend systems
- Design and deploy scalable Python APIs, microservices, and backend services
- Build responsive, accessible, and performant React and TypeScript interfaces
- Use coding agents as a primary development workflow and help establish tooling, review standards, and quality guardrails
- Own features end to end from architecture through production deployment
- Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and clear engineering standards
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a full-stack engineer building production systems
- Substantial hands-on experience developing production software with coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend patterns
- Strong Python backend experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Experience designing scalable APIs and backend systems
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes
Nice to have
- AWS architecture and application deployment experience
- Experience with chat interfaces, drag-and-drop components, graph editors, or workflow editors
- Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, or LLM application infrastructure
- Experience with enterprise requirements such as SSO, RBAC, audit logging, and self-hosted deployments
