Seeking a Senior Full-stack Developer to design, build, and scale core backend services and frontend systems. Own features end-to-end, lead architecture, improve performance and reliability, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams. Requires 5+ years experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, AWS, and system design.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale core backend services and frontend systems
- Own features end-to-end from architecture to deployment and monitoring
- Improve performance, reliability, and security in high-traffic environments
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Lead technical planning, contribute to system architecture, and raise engineering standards
- Drive observability and operational excellence
- Contribute to infrastructure improvements and automation
- Mentor engineers and foster a strong engineering culture
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building scalable production-grade systems
- Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern backend frameworks
- Experience with React/Next.js, AWS, and distributed microservices
- Deep understanding of databases, data modeling, and system design
- Ownership mindset and ability to lead complex projects independently
- Fluent in Hebrew; English is a strong plus
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Helm and Terraform
- Experience with real-time systems, event-driven architecture, and streaming
- Experience with mobile stacks like React Native
