Seeking a senior full-stack developer to build enterprise web systems, working with .NET, React, and cloud technologies. The role involves hands-on development, technical design, and mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend services using .NET Framework / .NET 6+
- Build client-side applications with React
- Implement HW-SW integrations and networked business systems
- Work with SQL and/or NoSQL databases and search solutions like Elasticsearch
- Implement responsive and accessible web applications
- Manage build and deployment flows across test and production environments
- Lead technical design, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance improvements
- Contribute to cloud deployments (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related STEM field, or equivalent professional background
- Minimum 6 years of server-side development experience
- At least 3 years of experience with C#
- At least 2 years of hands-on Node.js experience
- Minimum 5 years overall experience in web technologies
- Proven React experience on the client side
- Practical experience with SQL and/or NoSQL and search solutions (Elasticsearch)
- Experience with version control (ClearCase, TFS, or Git)
- At least 1 year working with Docker or container platforms
- Strong experience with deployments in test and production environments
- Experience working in Agile and leading technical development
- Full professional English proficiency
Nice to have
- Prior work on defense, military, or classified systems
- Experience with open-source infrastructure (NGINX, Elasticsearch)
- Demonstrated leadership in cloud-native projects with AWS (GCP/Azure a plus)
- Familiarity with observability, performance tuning, and large-scale system design
