Develop end-to-end software for drones and robots: real-time computer vision, telemetry, and ground control UI. Work with embedded hardware like Jetson and microcontrollers, and test algorithms in the field. Requires strong C++, Python, and Linux skills, with a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate software for drone and robot systems.
- Implement real-time computer vision on edge devices.
- Build telemetry and video streaming systems.
- Create and maintain ground control UI.
- Flash microcontrollers and test on physical hardware.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical/Computer Engineering.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, and Android.
- Comfortable with Linux/Ubuntu environment.
- Hands-on experience with hardware (NVIDIA Jetson, Raspberry Pi, microcontrollers).
- Ability to learn new technologies independently and take ownership.
Nice to have
- Interest in drones and robotics, hands-on hobby experience.
- Familiarity with video transmission protocols and basic networking (TCP/UDP/WebSockets).
- Knowledge of robotics development environments (ROS, MAVLink).
- Experience with computer vision or deep learning (OpenCV, AI models).
