Seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience to join our AI & Digital Solutions team. You will maintain front-end and back-end code, participate in architecture discussions, and engage with clients on projects for local and international markets, while exploring AI tools in software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and validate front-end and back-end code to ensure production readiness.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions to understand project rationale.
- Engage with clients alongside senior team members to bridge business requirements and technical outcomes.
- Work as part of a project team with clear ownership and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional hands-on experience (not academic or student projects).
- Solid command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Data literacy: SQL, relational databases, and understanding of data flow; familiarity with vector databases or RAG is a plus.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations.
- Ability to critically read and evaluate code, including AI-generated output.
- Genuine curiosity about AI tools and their impact on software development.
Nice to have
- Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, Apex, or LWC.
- Salesforce platform experience (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.).
- Responsive HTML email development.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
