Hands-on technical lead role responsible for driving the full-stack roadmap, architecture, and team excellence for a high-scale business management platform. Build with React and Python, mentor engineers, and ensure platform stability for millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex full-stack projects and own the technical architecture decisions.
- Contribute high-quality code to critical areas and set coding standards for the team.
- Drive technical standards, testing coverage, and monitor KPIs to ensure excellence before shipping.
- Own platform stability, lead major incidents, and drive root cause analysis and action items.
- Coach team members through code reviews, technical sessions, and content; be the go-to technical expert.
- Define and lead the team's technical roadmap.
- Conduct technical interviews, run onboarding, and represent the team in cross-functional forums.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working with frontend and backend technologies at scale.
- Experience as a tech lead, mentoring teams to deliver higher quality code.
- Experience developing a backend service in Python.
- Experience developing a robust frontend in React.
- Experience with a wide variety of technical tools (different database types, queues, design patterns, architectures).
- Ability to understand and choose the best architecture options.
- Experience scaling services to millions of users.
- Understanding of web technology constraints and UI/UX.
- Experience with State Management libraries (MobX, Redux).
