Experienced Full Stack Team Lead needed to lead development of complex web and mobile applications. Responsible for mentoring developers, designing architectures, and driving development in Agile environment. Requires 6+ years hands-on experience, proficiency with React Native, C#, ASP.NET, Microservices, Azure, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers through code reviews, design reviews, and technical problem-solving.
- Design complex web and mobile architectures using modern microservices and REST APIs.
- Drive full stack development across mobile apps, web platforms, and backend APIs.
- Partner closely with product, UI/UX, and QA teams to bring high-quality features to life in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience building complex web and mobile applications.
- 3+ years of proven leadership experience managing dev teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- 3+ years in mobile development with React Native, including publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play.
- Strong mastery of C# and hands-on experience with ASP.NET / Web API.
- Deep expertise in microservices architecture and REST API design.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Portal, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with both SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as version control with Git.
