Full-Stack Developer

Build and maintain healthcare software features across backend and frontend systems in a hybrid Haifa-based role. Work with distributed engineering teams on scalable services, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and AI-enabled document workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack product features
  • Build backend services, internal systems, REST APIs, and integrations
  • Develop frontend application logic and user-facing functionality
  • Participate in full-stack architecture and design discussions
  • Work with cloud services and infrastructure
  • Monitor systems and improve reliability and performance
  • Troubleshoot production issues and debug services
  • Write maintainable and well-tested code
  • Collaborate with QA, product, and engineering teams
  • Document technical practices and support engineering standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Strong backend and frontend development experience
  • Knowledge of backend architecture, APIs, and distributed systems
  • Experience building REST APIs and backend integrations
  • Experience with cloud environments, CI/CD, and automation
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with serverless and cloud-native design
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL
  • Ability to debug services, investigate issues, and analyze logs
  • Based in Israel and eligible to work there
  • Good written and spoken English

  • Java experience
  • C#/.NET and modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Healthcare or health-tech experience
  • AWS, GCP, or Azure experience
  • Message brokers and event-driven systems
  • Observability and monitoring tools
  • AI/LLM systems or document-processing pipelines

  • QA automation infrastructure
