Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain production-grade web applications and platform capabilities
- Build frontend applications, dashboards, workflows, and administrative interfaces
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, background jobs, and asynchronous processing
- Design database structures and data-processing workflows
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities using structured outputs, tool calling, validation, and guardrails
- Develop third-party, cloud, and enterprise system integrations
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technology stack evolution
- Write clean, maintainable, documented, reusable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews, testing, CI/CD, releases, monitoring, and production troubleshooting
- Own assigned components from design through deployment and ongoing maintenance
- Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions with Product and Accessibility teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience preferred
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript experience
- Experience building and maintaining production web applications
- Experience with modern frontend and backend frameworks
- Experience designing APIs and relational database architectures
- Practical experience integrating AI or LLM services is strongly preferred
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments
- Strong Git-based development workflow experience
- Professional working English
- A formal Computer Science degree is welcome but not required; practical engineering ability and production experience are prioritized
Nice to have
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or knowledge graphs
- RAG, semantic search, or AI agent experience
- Experience across Node.js/NestJS and .NET backend environments
- OpenSearch or comparable enterprise search experience
- Experience deploying across Azure and AWS
- Experience with large-scale crawling, distributed systems, or enterprise SaaS platforms
