Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a development team, ensuring timely and high-quality feature delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative product features.
- Drive technical direction, focusing on scalable full stack solutions and AI-driven engineering.
- Own design, development, and optimization of backend and frontend components.
- Build AI agents and intelligent automations to accelerate development workflows.
- Oversee integration of new features and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Enforce engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to enhance productivity and code quality.
- Foster innovation by staying abreast of AI and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years as Full Stack Developer, with at least 1 year in a lead role.
- Proven experience building AI agents and workflows using modern AI tools.
- Proficiency in Node.js, SQL, Express for backend development.
- Strong frontend skills with React, TypeScript, and MobX.
- Solid understanding of AWS services (S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, API Gateway).
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and automated testing.
- Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
