Join an aerospace division to lead software quality management for advanced systems. Take responsibility for quality processes, audits, and customer interactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Requires a B.Sc. in a relevant field, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency in English and Hebrew.
Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for software quality management in programs
- Adapt software quality processes to relevant standards
- Conduct internal audits
- Verify and approve documentation
- Serve as the point of contact with customers on software quality matters
- Ensure qualification of software development subcontractors
- Support preparation for formal reviews and participate in customer audits and certifications
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering and Management
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or quality assurance
- Knowledge of standards, processes, and tools in product development, requirements management, test management, and configuration management
- High-level proficiency in both English and Hebrew
- Strong systems thinking, ability to work across multiple interfaces, independence, and excellent interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with software development requirements and methodologies for military or airborne applications
- Experience in safety or airborne software certification per DO178C
- Familiarity with AI tools
