Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a complex Angular platform featuring dynamic forms, configuration-driven flows, and a shared component library.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to frontend and backend engineers.
- Drive knowledge sharing and best practices across the team.
- Ensure high code quality and development standards on a large shared codebase.
- Support the organization's shift from separate frontend/backend teams to full-stack teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of front-end development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Angular 15+.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and RxJS.
- Experience with Angular Reactive Forms, including complex and dynamic forms.
- Experience with NgRx state management.
- Experience working with Nx Monorepo.
- Strong experience with CSS, SCSS, or LESS.
- Experience working on large and shared codebases.
- Strong mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and technical leadership capabilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with Config-Driven / Dynamic UI.
- Experience in White Label / Multi-Tenant environments.
- Knowledge of i18n / localization.
- Experience with Node.js and MongoDB.
- FinTech or financial systems experience.
- WCAG / accessibility experience.
- Full stack development background.
