Seeking a highly skilled hands-on Frontend Tech Lead to serve as the technological authority for the frontend domain. Lead a team of 3 developers, drive architecture, and develop complex large-scale web systems using React, TypeScript, and modern technologies.
Responsibilities
- Act as the leading technological authority for the Front-End domain.
- Lead the planning, architecture, and development of complex web systems.
- Provide professional guidance, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor team members.
- Drive key architectural decisions while remaining deeply involved in hands-on development.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of proven experience in Front-End development.
- Proven track record of leading Front-End teams or acting in a Tech Lead capacity.
- High expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Significant experience in designing and developing complex, large-scale web applications.
- Deep understanding of Front-End architecture, Design Patterns, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience in defining technological solutions and authoring design and architecture documents.
- Hands-on experience in system design using architectural modeling tools (e.g., Draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio).
- Experience with state management solutions, component-based architectures, and modern Front-End frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and browser performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal communication, and natural technical leadership.
- Proven ability to combine high-level technological leadership with hands-on development.
Nice to have
- Experience with Micro-Frontends architecture.
- Familiarity with Design Systems and shared/reusable components.
- Familiarity with Grafana and working against various data sources.
