Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of three frontend developers.
- Act as the team’s technical authority and provide architectural leadership.
- Design scalable frontend solutions for complex web applications.
- Define frontend standards, technical designs, and development practices.
- Remain hands-on with frontend development and coding.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Guide frontend architecture, performance optimization, and API integration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of frontend development experience.
- Strong expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Experience leading developers as a Tech Lead or frontend technical authority.
- Experience designing and developing complex, large-scale web applications.
- Hands-on experience defining frontend architecture, technical designs, and development standards.
- Strong understanding of modern frontend architectures, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with REST APIs, state management, and performance optimization.
