Lead a global team of front-end engineers, own architecture and technical vision for complex web applications in the quantum computing domain. Hands-on development with React and TypeScript, driving code quality and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a global team of front-end engineers
- Own the front-end architecture and technical vision
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance UI solutions
- Collaborate with backend, product, UX, and system engineers
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and accessibility
- Participate in hands-on development
- Lead design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional front-end development experience
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring front-end engineers
- Strong expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Solid experience with React
- Deep understanding of front-end architecture, state management, and component-based design
- Experience building complex applications and interactive UIs
- Proven experience with code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD
- Strong focus on clean, maintainable, scalable code
- Experience working with backend APIs (REST / gRPC / WebSockets)
- Familiarity with UX principles and collaboration with designers
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
