Seeking a Customer Success Engineer to support client implementations and drive product adoption at a data privacy SaaS company. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing value delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support client implementations by executing and managing onboarding processes
- Build and maintain dashboards to track implementation progress and client KPIs
- Perform data queries to generate insights for both internal teams and clients
- Document and standardize repeatable processes to consistently optimize product automations
- Collaborate with product managers to align implementation processes with product capabilities
- Identify and communicate client needs and process improvement opportunities
- Participate in client-facing meetings as needed to explain data findings and process updates
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery methodology
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant full-stack software development experience
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and databases
- Experience with modern cloud infrastructure and automation products
- Proven experience in technical customer-facing roles
- Ability to partially work in US hours
- Knowledge of core web technologies and standards (HTTP, HTML/JS/CSS, JSON/XML, authentication, etc.), networking, databases
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and services, such as virtual networks, virtual machines, storage buckets and disks, databases, firewalls, API gateway
- Experience working with technical documentation, such as API docs, architecture diagrams, and flow charts
