Responsible for managing and operating the organizational MDM environment, managing the full lifecycle of endpoints and mobile devices, distributing applications and security policies, and resolving complex infrastructure issues to ensure business continuity and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the organizational MDM environment.
- Manage the full device lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including enrollment, configuration, compliance, app distribution, and updates.
- Manage and support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Deploy applications, profiles, security policies, and hardening.
- Handle complex infrastructure issues and ensure business continuity and user experience.
- Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams in an enterprise environment.
Requirements
- Experience working in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with MDM systems such as Microsoft Intune and/or Workspace ONE.
- Experience managing mobile devices and endpoints in an organizational environment.
- Deep familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- Experience in deploying applications, profiles, and hardening.
- Experience in automation and scripting with PowerShell and/or Python.
- Ability to work independently, with full ownership and systems thinking.
- High ability to solve complex problems.

- Experience working with AI tools and integrating them into work processes.
