Lead architecture definition for cloud networking solutions including orchestration, provisioning, and security. Design end-to-end system architecture from HW to application level for DPU and NIC technologies. Evaluate new technologies, develop POC prototypes, and write architecture specifications. Collaborate with global teams to shape future data center technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture for cloud networking, orchestration, provisioning, and security solutions
- Design state-of-the-art system architecture for DPU and NIC technologies
- Build end-to-end solutions from application level to hardware
- Write effective, clear, and reliable architecture specifications
- Evaluate new technologies and rapidly develop POC prototypes for productization
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams including architects, R&D, product, and field engineers
- Work with high-profile customers on advanced and future technology solutions
Requirements
- B.Sc./M.Sc./Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience as a Software or System Architect
- 2+ years of experience as a Software Developer
- Deep knowledge and experience with C and Python
- Hands-on Linux development, Docker, and container-based technologies
- Experience with cloud and data center networking
- Wide knowledge of networking protocols and common network topologies
- Strong design, coding, analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work concurrently with multiple groups locally and abroad
- Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
Nice to have
- Development experience with networking/security devices (NICs, DPUs, Switches, Routers, Firewalls)
- Good understanding of operating systems and drivers
- Experience with DPDK, OVS, OVN
- Experience with Kubernetes components, CRDs, Operators, system plugins, and CNI plugin development (Calico, Flannel)
- Experience with OpenStack/OpenShift and/or Cloud APIs
