Seeking a technical Solutions Engineer to own customer engagements from initial demos through production deployment. Responsibilities include technical sales, system integration, and troubleshooting of video analytics infrastructure in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product demos for technical and business stakeholders.
- Understand customer environments and translate requirements into production use cases.
- Design architecture and prepare scopes of work and technical proposals.
- Deploy solutions into cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Integrate with existing VMS, NVR, and camera infrastructure; connect and validate RTSP streams.
- Configure networking, VPNs, firewall rules, and connectivity.
- Work directly with customer IT and security teams.
- Own technical project from discovery through production and manage support tickets.
Requirements
- Deep technical background (DevOps, systems engineering, or similar).
- Proficiency with Linux, Docker, networking, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, routing.
- Experience with APIs, cloud and on-premise environments.
- Basic scripting in Python or Bash.
- Strong understanding of CCTV, IP cameras, RTSP, ONVIF, NVR, VMS.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with video management platforms such as Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon, Hikvision.
- Previous DevOps or production engineering experience.
