We are seeking a Senior IT Operations Specialist to own the stability and performance of our production digital systems. You will monitor, operate, and troubleshoot critical IIS-based services and database-integrated applications, lead automation and cloud management, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, operate, and maintain production systems, including building custom monitors.
- Troubleshoot critical incidents across IIS-based services and database-integrated applications.
- Support version deployments and manage cloud-based services.
- Lead initiatives to improve availability, performance, and process automation.
- Coordinate operational processes with multiple teams across the organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Operations / Production / IT in web environments.
- Proven experience with IIS.
- Background in operating applications connected to databases (SQL / Oracle).
- Proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Ability to write and maintain scripts in PowerShell / Bash / Python.
- Strong troubleshooting skills at the application level, including Cookies, Headers, and Sessions.
- Familiarity with Chrome DevTools.
