Responsible for designing and managing site applications and subsystems, establishing automation and architecture for large-scale infrastructure, and overseeing production monitoring and deployment. Leverage Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and GitOps methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage major site applications and subsystems.
- Establish architecture and automation mechanisms for large-scale, high-performance operational infrastructure.
- Monitor and deploy new production applications and environments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of DevOps experience in production Linux environments.
- Production Kubernetes expertise (EKS or on-premise).
- Networking fundamentals (routes, subnets, DNS, load balancers, service mesh).
- CI/CD pipeline design experience.
- GitOps methodology experience with tools like Argo CD and Kustomize.
- Terraform in production.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash.
Nice to have
- AWS depth (EKS, VPC, TGW, EC2, RDS, IAM, CloudFront).
- Istio-specific experience.
- Monitoring stack experience (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Kubernetes operator development or maintenance.
