Seeking a DevOps Engineer with 4+ years experience to champion automation, operate production environments, and empower development teams. Responsibilities include infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, and deployment across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Champion DevOps culture by identifying friction points and implementing scalable automation to improve reliability, delivery speed, and developer experience.
- Operate and optimize production environments leveraging infrastructure as code and modern observability tools to ensure stability and performance.
- Empower R&D by building intuitive internal tools that foster a self-service culture and enable teams to own operational workflows.
- Lead deployment lifecycles by driving architecture, design, and hands-on implementation across multiple regions and environments.
- Collaborate across teams, challenge the status quo, and take ownership of technical decisions to drive innovation.
Requirements
- 4+ years as a DevOps, SRE, or Production Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with production workloads on public cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure).
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Argo Rollouts).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Terragrunt, or similar tools.
- Scripting/programming skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or VictoriaMetrics.
- Collaborative, curious, and driven team spirit with the ability to challenge ideas constructively.
- Ability to learn quickly, adopt new technologies, and push boundaries while understanding real-world constraints.
