Join a fast-moving fintech team to design and scale cloud infrastructure on GCP, build CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes, and ensure high availability for a next-generation trading platform. Work with modern tools like Terraform, GitHub Actions, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on GCP.
- Build, optimize, and operate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform for consistent deployments.
- Deploy and operate applications in Kubernetes (familiarity with GKE and Helm a plus).
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.
- Manage cloud networking components (DNS, load balancers, CDN, VPN).
- Ensure security best practices across infrastructure.
- Collaborate with backend developers, architects, and product teams to deliver high-availability systems.
- Continuously improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents.
- Apply cost-awareness to infrastructure design.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
- Expert-level proficiency with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Proven expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
- Deep understanding of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, CDN, VPN).
- Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic Stack).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in high-scale production environments.
- Independent, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Experience with SQL environments.
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of backend development experience.
- Experience with Kafka or Redis.
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer in startup environments.
