Software Engineer – Industrial Systems & ATE
Python Software Engineer to develop software for LiDAR calibration, characterization, and mass-production systems. Work with algorithms, automation, UI, and infrastructure in a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software for LiDAR calibration and production-line automation.
- Develop algorithms, automation solutions, user interfaces, and software infrastructure for complex production systems.
- Analyze failures, improve processes, and continuously enhance code quality and development practices.
- Contribute to software architecture, system design, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, mission-critical systems.
Requirements
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of proven software development experience after a B.Sc.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
Nice to have
- Experience developing software for complex systems; product or hardware-oriented company experience is a strong advantage.
- Experience with full-stack development.
- Experience with technologies such as React, Docker, Electron, REST APIs, MongoDB/MySQL, and distributed systems (e.g., RabbitMQ/Kafka).
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset.
