- Lead and mentor a software development team focused on core financial systems.
- Manage cross-functional projects and oversee end-to-end task execution.
- Perform systems analysis, characterization, and architectural planning.
- Develop and maintain mission-critical COBOL and SQL applications.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development.
- At least 2 years of proven team leadership experience.
- Hands-on knowledge and experience with COBOL and SQL.
- Strong experience in systems analysis and specification writing.
Nice to have
- Experience developing interfaces for banking systems, teller workstations, ATMs, and API communications.
- Track record in project management and leading cross-organizational initiatives.
