As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead software development for implantable medical devices, primarily using C#/.NET, with C++ for hardware communication and React for UI. You'll work in a regulated agile environment, collaborating with algorithms, hardware, and quality teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software development for medical device platforms from design to deployment.
- Write code primarily in C#/.NET, with C++ for hardware interaction and React for UI components.
- Develop across Linux and Windows environments, integrating client applications, hardware, and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with algorithms, hardware, regulatory, and quality teams in an agile setting.
- Report to the Software R&D Manager within a multidisciplinary engineering group.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related exact science discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience in C# / .NET Core.
- Proven hands-on experience with C++ (native libraries, low-level integration, hardware interaction).
- Hands-on development experience in Linux environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with React / TypeScript for frontend development.
- Experience in regulated software development (Medical Devices ISO 13485 / IEC 62304, Defense, or Automotive).
