Seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build scalable, production-grade systems for an AI-native care intelligence platform. The role involves end-to-end feature ownership, cloud infrastructure on AWS, and integration of AI-driven capabilities. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of experience, strong backend skills, and a track record with SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable systems using AI copilots as a core part of the workflow.
- Develop and integrate AI-driven capabilities and pipelines into production systems.
- Own features from architecture and development through deployment and monitoring.
- Build and operate scalable cloud-native systems on AWS.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and AI teams, contribute to architecture decisions, and raise the technical bar.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
- Proven experience building and operating scalable SaaS platforms.
- Experience using AI coding tools to design, prototype, and ship features.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems or AI-driven product features.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and cloud-native deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical judgment, and clear communication.
