Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable, reliable, and extensible software products.
- Collaborate with software engineers, linguists, NLP research engineers, and product management.
- Help develop AI systems that analyze clinical language and automate medical coding.
Requirements
- 8+ years of backend software engineering experience.
- Expert Python knowledge and experience building large-scale systems.
- Experience with relational databases, including Postgres, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Agile and CI/CD practices.
- Strong technical, leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
