- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and foster a high-quality engineering culture
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Strong coding skills in modern languages and frameworks
- Strong understanding of software development principles
- Comfort working in an AI-native environment
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects from design to deployment
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
