We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to design and build core platform capabilities for an identity management and cybersecurity platform. You will own features end-to-end, develop agentic workflows and AI-driven components, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure backend services.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and lead features end-to-end from concept to production.
- Develop agentic workflows and AI-driven components to enable automation and intelligent orchestration.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, Product, and DevOps in a squad environment.
- Contribute to system design and architecture decisions.
- Build scalable, secure backend services.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
- Write testable code with unit and integration tests.
- Identify technical risks early and drive solutions.
- Participate in design discussions and technical decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong backend engineering background and system design skills.
- Experience building cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
- Ability to work independently and own features with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and engineering judgment.
- Good communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with asynchronous programming and modern .NET patterns.
- Experience with React or Angular.
- Experience working on SaaS platforms in regulated or security-sensitive environments.
- Familiarity with identity, access management, or security domains.
