Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable microservices for high-volume financial workflows
- Own critical components end-to-end and architect scalable systems
- Lead technical design discussions and influence architectural decisions
- Drive spec-driven development with SOLID principles and design patterns
- Write clean, testable code with unit and integration testing standards
- Improve production quality, observability, and reliability
- Collaborate with Product, Architects, DevOps, and cross-functional teams
- Lead and mentor engineers, setting high engineering standards
- Utilize AI tools for design, coding, testing, and review to enhance development
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and AI-driven workflows
- Strong ownership and ability to drive work to completion
- Critical thinking and innovative mindset
- Proactive self-starter with independent problem-solving
- Collaborative team player with good communication skills
- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn
- Strong knowledge of OOP design and SOLID principles
- Backend experience in a major server-side stack (C#, NestJS, ASP.NET, MVC, RDBMS, Document DB)
Nice to have
- Frontend familiarity with Vue.js 3, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Experience with microservices
